Program Evaluation Consulting Services:

  • Design an evaluation plan for internal organizational use or for submission as part of a grant proposal
  • Implement an evaluation plan as an “external evaluator”
  • Consult on an existing or hypothetical program evaluation
  • Design a Total Quality Management program and set it in motion
  • Consult on setting up an internal evaluation process or department
  • Training seminars on evaluation, measurable objectives, and other research issues
  • Review evaluation plans and report submissions for foundations and non-profit philanthropies

Depending on the scope of your evaluation project, Dr. Romirowsky will pull together a team of evaluation experts on a subcontract basis.

In 2006, Dr. Romirowsky established the Evaluation and Research Department of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia — the only Jewish federation in North America with a department devoted to evaluating the impact of funded programs. She does ongoing work with the JFGP managing the department, consulting with grantees, establishing policy and procedure, training colleagues and consulting on all external research studies.

Recently, Dr. Romirowsky conducted an external evaluation of the Philadelphia Inmate Services and Healthcare Program (PhISH), a 2 year pilot program through Philadelphia University’s Occupational Therapy Program.  The PhISH program received a grant from the Jacob and Valeria Langeloth Foundation, which required an external evaluation.
