In my sessions, I generally use an ACT<strong> <\/strong>(Acceptance Commitment Training) approach, which focuses on targeting unhelpful thought-patterns and teaching practical tools to improve mental skills. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la psychologie de l'exercice, j'ai personnellement v\u00e9cu les <strong>bienfaits psychologiques du sport pour ma sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong>. Mon initiation \u00e0 la psychologie du sport est venu en pratiquant de l'\u00e9quitation de haut niveau, o\u00f9 la pression \u00e9tait marqu\u00e9e. Plus r\u00e9cemment, un penchant pour les sports d'aventure et d'endurance m'a expos\u00e9 \u00e0 d'autres aspects de la psychologie du sport, tels que la <strong>r\u00e9silience, la gestion de la
